IMPORTANT: the WIFI trichoscope does not pair with a number of Android models, as well as with Samsung models, some Xiaomi (Redmi) models, and Huawei. For these phone models, we recommend paying attention to the Limba Cosmetics USB microscope.

Follow the link, download and install the DLscope app.

• Connecting to a mobile device
2.1 Press and hold the button with the flashlight icon for 2–3 seconds to turn on the microscope (a blue indicator between the buttons should light up).
2.2 Open the DLscope app and tap “+” in the upper-right corner to add a device.
2.3 From the list of available devices, select “W01A” and tap “Bind now”.
2.4 Check the box next to “The above operations have been completed” and tap “Next”. Tap “Start connecting” and select the WiFi network corresponding to the product “Cam-xxxx” (where xxxx is a sequence of numbers and letters).
2.5 After connecting to WiFi, return to the DLscope app and run diagnostics.

• Downloading the app
In the App Store or Microsoft Store, find and download the “HiView” app (suitable for operating systems: Windows 8, 10, Mac OS X 10.5 and above). For Windows 7 and XP, download the app from the website http://www.hvscam.com/soft.asp
• Connecting the device
Open the HiView app on your computer and connect the microscope to the computer via cable, press and hold the button with the flashlight icon for 2–3 seconds to turn on the microscope, and run diagnostics.
