We strive to ensure high product quality and pay close attention to our customers’ inquiries.
If there is a problem with the product
If, after receiving the product, you discover a defect or the product does not match the order conditions, please contact us and report the problem.
To review a claim, it is advisable to provide:
a description of the identified problem;
information that helps confirm the purchase;
photos of the product or packaging, if they help describe the problem;
information about the preferred way to resolve the issue.
If the product has a defect, please stop using it until the circumstances are clarified so as not to worsen a possible problem.
Review of the claim
After receiving the request, we will review the described situation and contact the customer to agree on further actions.
Depending on the nature of the problem and legal requirements, possible solutions may include remedying the defect, replacing the product, reducing the price, or issuing a refund.
Consumer rights regarding a defective product remain in force regardless of whether a separate commercial warranty is provided for the product.
Warranty
If an additional manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty is provided for a specific product, the relevant information is indicated separately in the product description or accompanying documents.
The absence of a separate commercial warranty does not отменяет the consumer rights provided by law in case a product defect is discovered.

In your message, it is advisable to include contact details, describe the problem, and indicate what solution you consider appropriate.
A written claim is reviewed in accordance with the procedure established by law. TTJA indicates that the seller must provide a response to a written claim within 15 days.
If the issue cannot be resolved directly with the seller, the consumer may обратиться to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or to court in cases предусмотренных by law.

These terms do not limit the consumer rights provided by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
