Delivery and Payment
1. Delivery
The online store Claystore, owned by Elite Studio OÜ, delivers orders only within Estonia.
Delivery is carried out via DPD.
Delivery cost
Standard delivery — €4.
For orders of €50 or more — delivery is free.
The delivery cost or information about free delivery is shown to the customer before order confirmation and payment.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time within Estonia is 1–2 business days after the order is handed over to DPD.
The actual delivery time may depend on the destination, the time the shipment is handed over to the carrier, weekends and public holidays, and other circumstances related to transportation.
After the order is handed over to DPD, the customer receives the information necessary to track the shipment.
Receiving the order
The customer must provide correct contact details and the delivery address when placing the order.
If the DPD courier cannot contact the recipient or deliver the order using the provided details, the parcel may be redirected to a DPD pickup point or parcel locker in accordance with the carrier’s rules.

Damage to goods during delivery
When receiving the order, it is recommended to check the integrity of the packaging.
If the packaging has visible damage, it is recommended to document the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
If the product was damaged during delivery, please provide photos of the damaged packaging and the product.
2. Payment
Payment for the order is made online when completing the purchase.
The following payment methods are available:
Bank link
The customer can pay for the order via a bank link by selecting an available bank during checkout.
Bank card
Payment by bank card is also possible if this payment method is available during checkout.
The order is forwarded for processing after successful payment confirmation.
If the payment was not successfully completed, the order is not considered paid and may not be forwarded for processing until payment is received.
The cost of the goods and delivery is shown to the customer before order confirmation.
