Purchase Terms
1. General provisions
1.1. These purchase terms govern the purchase of goods in the online store Claystore, owned by Elite Studio OÜ (hereinafter — the “Seller”).

1.3. The online store sells hair cosmetics, including shampoos, masks, and professional hair restoration products.
1.4. These terms apply to orders placed through the Claystore online store.
2. Placing an order
2.1. To place an order, the customer selects the required products, adds them to the cart, and fills in the necessary delivery and order details.
2.2. Before confirming the order, the customer has the opportunity to check the selected products, their quantity, price, delivery method, and other order details.
2.3. An order is considered placed after it is confirmed by the customer and payment is successfully completed using the payment method chosen by the customer.
2.4. After receiving the order, the Seller sends the customer an order confirmation by e-mail.
2.5. The sales contract is deemed concluded after the order is confirmed by the Seller in accordance with applicable law.
3. Prices
3.1. All product prices are indicated in euros (€).
3.2. Prices shown in the online store include applicable taxes, unless otherwise expressly stated in the product description.
3.3. The delivery cost is shown to the customer before the order is confirmed.
3.4. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices. The price applicable to the customer is the price displayed in the online store at the time the order is placed.
3.5. In the event of an obvious technical or other pricing error, the Seller has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid to the customer.
4. Payment
4.1. Order payment is made via the payment methods available in the online store:

4.2. The order is processed after successful payment is confirmed.
4.3. If payment was not successfully completed, the Seller has the right not to proceed with fulfilling the order until payment is received.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is available only within Estonia.
5.2. Delivery is carried out using DPD services.
5.3. The delivery cost and estimated delivery time are shown to the customer during checkout.
5.4. The Seller hands the order over for delivery after receiving payment and processing the order.
5.5. The order fulfillment period must not exceed 30 days, unless a different period is separately agreed with the customer.
5.6. If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller informs the customer within reasonable limits.
6. Products and product information
6.1. The Seller makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, including their name, description, volume, ingredients, and directions for use.
6.2. Before using a cosmetic product, the customer must ознакомиться with the information on the product packaging, including ingredients, directions for use, warnings, and storage conditions.
6.3. Cosmetic products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
6.4. Information on cosmetic products intended for consumers in Estonia is provided in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Cosmetic product labeling for consumers must comply with the requirements for information in the Estonian language.
6.5. Product photos on the website are for illustration purposes. The appearance of the packaging may differ from the image on the website due to changes in packaging design by the manufacturer.
7. Right of withdrawal from the contract
7.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract concluded via the internet within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without having to state a reason for withdrawal, except in cases provided by law.
7.2. Detailed terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, the procedure for returning goods, and exceptions to the right of withdrawal are set out on the page “Returns and withdrawal from purchase”.
7.3. In particular, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return after the packaging has been opened. Such goods may include cosmetic products after opening their sealed packaging.
7.4. The existence or absence of the right of withdrawal is determined taking into account the specific product and applicable law.
8. Defective goods and claims
8.1. If the received goods have a defect or do not comply with the terms of the contract, the customer has the right to submit a claim to the Seller.
8.2. The Seller bears statutory liability for non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract. For consumer goods, liability for non-conformity applies for two years from the date the goods are handed over to the customer in accordance with applicable law.

9. Customer responsibility
9.1. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing the order.
9.2. The customer must follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the use and storage of cosmetic products.
9.3. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences of improper use of the product or use that does not comply with the instructions.
10. Processing of personal data
10.1. The customer’s personal data are processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.

11. Handling of complaints and dispute resolution
11.1. If a problem arises, the customer is advised to first contact the Seller by e-mail:
11.2. The Seller seeks to review the request and find an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
11.3. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiations, the consumer has the right to use the legal means provided to protect their rights, including applying to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) in Estonia.
12. Final provisions
12.1. The relationship between the Seller and the customer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union law.
12.2. The Seller has the right to amend these purchase terms. The version of the terms in force at the time the relevant order is placed applies to the order.
12.3. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
